Kids In Motion Safety Policies
-
Each kid must be issued a nametag at the registration desk.
-
An adult must present the security tag, with the number that matches the child’s nametag, before the child will be released from the room.
-
If deemed necessary by the Kids In Motion staff member on duty, a note saying: “Will the parent of (your child’s name) please report to the Kids In Motion Building” will be displayed in the main auditorium. Please be attentive to these displays and respond immediately.
-
If any incident should occur during our time with your child such as a bite or fall, an “Ouch Report” will be completed by the Kids In motion staff member on duty and you will be notified when picking up your child, unless you are needed during the service.
-
For kids with allergies, parents are asked to complete and place one of our red and white allergy stickers on their kid(s) upon arriving at Kids In Motion. These stickers are available in the Genesis building.
-
All crew members within both our genesis and Cross~Street areas are appropriately screened prior to serving.
-
We will maintain a sanitary, safe environment at all times.
-
We ask you to help us ensure the health of all kids and crew members.
-
If your child has had fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the last 24 hours, please do not bring them into the Kids In Motion building. Kids who exhibit signs of other illnesses will be evaluated by a staff member and together with a parent, a determination will be made as to whether they stay in Kids In Motion that day.
