Brand New Home for Rent or Sale |

Great new Centex 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with bonus room off of FM1560, just off of Culebra in the new Silver Oaks community with great NISD schools. Wonderful community park for kids and the new school in the neighborhood will be open for school in 2008! Construction completed at the end of June and we only lived in the home for one month (long story!). It has ceiling fans in all rooms (5 in all), mini blinds on all windows, a 10' X 20' concrete patio slab, automatic garage door with openers (2), brand new appliances including side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water and a washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a huge tub/shower and we installed a nice tub enclosure with glass sliding doors and we also hung bathroom storage cabinets in two of the bathrooms. We just had the fence stained and weather proofed.
We are currently paying two house payments and just can't sustain the payments much longer, so we are open to either renting or selling. We have the house listed with Northwest Real Esate right now as a rental for $1,145 per month with the option to buy later, but again, we are open to just selling it to the right person.
It is our hope that maybe we could find someone who has a real estate license and could buy this home without having to list with an actual agent/real estate company and pay real estate commissions so that we could donate any profits from the sale of the house to the Beautiful Feet program. Just a thought that God put on our hearts after Pastor Doug's sermon this weekend...
