I want to share with you my recent experience. I’m one of those people who struggle to have God Time daily. But, I took your challenge this past weekend. On Wednesday, I had a business trip to Colorado. Though I knew that my day would be jam-packed, I packed my Bible in my purse. On the way back to S.A., I was not only blessed by God’s words to me in my quiet time with him, but I got to hear from Him while looking out of a corporate jet window and seeing the awesomeness of His creation. I was overwhelmed by his grandeur and the fact that he cared enough about “little ol’ me” to speak to me then & there. Candy

Hello Candy, I am so happy that you thought ahead and packed your Bible to take on the airplane. My work requires me to travel fairly frequently. I would love to be a "stay-at-home mom" but this has only been a dream for me, and I found myself feeling almost resentful at times that I have been away from my children so much. Yet, recently, as I have focused my eyes on the Lord and learned to seek to honor Him in all that I do, I was blessed with my eyes being opened to the fact that I have an awesome opportunity to commune with Him and to reach out to others when I travel. I am convinced that, as you continue to dedicate time to God, to read His words of encouragement, acceptance, and love, you will begin to crave God Time more than you can imagine. Your heart will be open to more blessings than you can fathom because you will have peace in knowing that you are walking with the Lord and His perspective will shed new light on everything. Blessings to You!
