I have a tattoo of a skull with red eyes that I want to get covered up. I regret getting it now. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good
tattoo artist that would not mind covering up someone else's work and that is fair on price. That tattoo is on the upper part of my right arm. If anyone knows anybody, please let me know. Thanks.
