I am looking for professionals who would consider doing some pro-bono work for the community. I'd like to establish a company that assists small business startup in finding the funding needed for a down payment in order to qualify for an SBA loan.

The American economy relies on businesses and capitalism. In order for this to happen, people need to be able to start a business and have an opportunity to be successful. The downside, unless you already have a substantial amount of money for a downpayment, you will not qualify for an SBA loan (which requires about 30% down).

This basically means that you have to have money in order to make money...but if you already have money, then you might not need a loan to start your business. So...we're hoping to assist startup entreprenuers in obtaining the 30% down required to qualify for an SBA loan. If the person qualifies for the SBA loan, then we will provide the funds for the 30%.

There is basically only one reason for a person to seek a loan....because they don't have any money. If they were able to save the amount of money required for the loan, then they might not need a loan in the first place. But, if they could secure the 30% down payment, then obtaining the SBA loan would be much easier and they would have a chance at succeeding in the business world.

At the moment, we are asking for help from professionals who would like to donate some of their time for a worthy cause. Everybody is welcome to assist, however, we are hoping to find professionals in such fields as law, accounting, cpa, IT, etc.
