Hi, I have a condo in the medical center and my tenants just bailed on me. I'm taking 1/2 the first month of rent to try and rent it out fast. It's in a nice neighborhood very close to everything at Fredericksburg and Chambers. It's 2/2 1335sqft renting for $999/month with a deposit of one month's rent.
