My husband and I are in need of prayer. My husband has been smoking marijuana for over 20 years. We have been married six years. These past few years his addiction has taken such a stronghold over his life, It is such a painful thing for both of us. He tries to hide it and lie about it. We are raising our children from different marraiges together and they have reached an age where they are very aware because of the smell and his behavior. I pray for him and try to be patient but he has become non existent even when he is around. I am a believer and we used to attend BRCC regularly, as of late He does not attend with me anymore and my attendance is minimal. I know it is my responsibility to love him and pray for him and to continue to walk with Christ, but lately I feel so tired and angry. Please pray for us. I know that our God can do anything. I have been through counseling alone because he refuses to attend with me.If I attempt to speak to him about this or any other problem He becomes extremly angry. I feel like giving up. I feel selfish as I write this, I know God has been with me through it all. Please pray.

Father, as you continue to work in the lives of those who stay near to you, work in us when we feel far. Remind us that You are near when we forget. Give us strength to get through today. God send your spirit to hover over us. Let the walls come down and rebuild a new one in us that won't let anything that is not from You in. Protect our families.
