My husband and I have been spiritually lost for quite some time. We were both born and raised catholic but for the past couple years we stopped going to mass because of the emptiness we felt once mass was over. We are both having a really hard time with feeling fulfilled and really knowing the Holy Spirit. Unfortunately we have found ourselves "detached" from God and we both feel so terrible about that. My husband and I both know and agree there is nothing possible without God. We have been married for 13 years and the one thing missing from our relationship/family is God. We were invited to your church a couple weeks ago, and have been going ever since. Both my husband and I look forward to Sundays now to attend your service and we talk about what we learned and how it made us feel all week (we even invited several of our friends to join us). Our 5 year old daughter loves her class and our 9month son who doesn't allow ANYONE to hold him but mom and dad has actually stayed in the bee hive for the whole hour! Praise God! Although we have a LONG way to go and sooo much to learn, I would like to ask for a prayer for my husband and I to help us grow with God and for our hearts to be open to allow Him to take over. Our marriage needs some healing and I trust that He will deliver. Thanks to everyone at BRCC for making us feel SOOOO welcomed and safe. And for those that volunteer in the bee hive on Sunday’s at 11:30……Bless You! You have no idea what it has done for my husband and I to both be able to concentrate in service and not be distracted by our precious baby boy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love you guys!

Dear Sharon,
I was so touched by your post! I will definitely pray that you and your husband will continue to grow closer to God and to each other.
God transformed my marriage and so many others. He has no favorites and what He does for one, He will do for another. You are in the right place at the right time and God is going to show Himself strong in your lives as you walk with Him step by step. May you both be richly blessed and know that you are incredibly loved by Jesus.

Sharon Welcome to BRCC . We are glad you guys found us and are feeling closer to the Lord I hope and pray that you will continue to grow and feel closer to the Lord everyday and that any obstacles that get in your way will be knocked out by the Lord.
