We have been put in a difficult situation where the builder of a house project bailed out on us (family member)and have used up all monies available. We're in need of some finish out with little to no money. We've got to get this finished VERY soon so it can be sold. We're hoping to at least break even. The construction loan is due and all our personal loan payments are killing us.
Please pray for need of workers and a buyer before we literally go bankrupt. Bankruptcy is not an option to us. We pay all our debts and have always been financially responsible.
