Please keep my roommate in your thoughts and prayers. She is having to go to Federal Court on May 23rd. She is facing serious charges for something she did a year ago while employed at her bank. She knows it was wrong, has begged God for forgiveness, and deeply regrets making a terribly bad decision. She has never done anything prior to this, and feels deeply ashamed for having committed this offense so late in her life. She has never even had so much as a speeding ticket! She's 50 years old and is smart enough to know better, but sometimes temptation gets the better of us and forces us to become weak and make bad choices. She is worried that she is going to prison. I told her to have faith and place her destiny in God's hands. She is worried about her daughter's and how they we be if she is forced to serve time. I told her I would be here if they needs anything, and have offered to take her place until she returns. I pray for the best, she is a good, loving person who goes above and beyond to care for her daughter, her friends, and even me. She is like a sister to me, and want her to survive this as easy as possible. So please pray for a good outcome for her and her girls!
