We have just discovered a long-time employee who has been very close to us has been stealing. He owes us money from a company loan. We've treated him almost like a son. Other than the theft, he shows in many ways his love for us. This hurts deeply, and do we let him go?

We have decided to keep MJ with us after many hours of counseling. His mother and aunt whom he lives with are both disabled and have nominal incomes and an old house needing much repair. Between his mother's health issues and house problems, he became desperate. He had a long talk with his family last night and are figuring out what help they can get and is dealing with what responsibility he needs to take to help himself and family more and to repay us. Please keep him and his family in your prayers for much needed assistance.
