Could y'all please say a prayer for my fiance and her 2 girls.
Her ex husband has been calling, harassing her and her youngest daughter's school staff and is taking her back to court for "modification of the parent/child" relationship including his calling anytime he wants to, her providing ALL clothes during his time of "possession" and a few other things.
We also have reason to believe that he or someone he let watch the girls, injured one of her daughters during his last visit and failed to report it.
She's reported the phone harassment and injuries to the police, the D.A. and CPS but is getting the typical "pass the buck" run around and "you need to call this person" stuff. And the original reporting officer filed the injury report as "information only" instead of filing the report as an "offense report," which means, all the the stuff we did with the SANE RN @ Christus Santa Rosa Children's E.R. has gone to the Sex Crimes/Family Violence Unit of SAPD, where it will sit and nothing be done about it until the original officer decides to amend the report she wrote.
To say the least, my fiance is a nervous wreck and feels that nothing is getting done on the legal end to protect her daughters.
I'm asking for a prayer of peace and justice for her.
