I am looking for a 3 + Bedroom home for sale in the 78254 zip code west of 1604.
This would be in the Bridgewood , Shanfield or Wildhorse subdivsions.
Price range$ 80 - 130K. I can close within 30 days without any realtor fees.
I do have an agent but the market is very limited right now.

Would you consider the Silverbrook Subdivision? It is in the 78254 zip code, located off Braun between 1604 and Bandera Rd.

$237,000. A little beyond the price range you were asking about, however, just in case...
