MY 4TH TIME... TO WRITE... JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I AM PRETTY MUCH UPSET TO ONCE AGAIN BE TURNED DOWN BY A CHURCH...
BEFORE I APPROACHED A PASTOR, I WAS THEN A CHURCH LEADER.. SO ZEALOUS AND HUNGRY FOR THE PRESENCE OF GOD... I LEAD THE YOUTH GROUP... THEN SATAN ATTACKED ME.. I WAS UNAWARE.. JUST LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO JOB.. BUT I WAS NOT AS STRONG IN FAITH LIKE JOB.. SO I FALL...
I ASKED OUR PASTOR FOR HELP... BACK THEN WE (MY FAMILY) HAS BEEN SUFFERING FOR FINANCIAL DROUGHT... I STILL ATTEND CHURCH. RELIGIOUSLY... THE CHURCH IS AWARE OF OUR SITUATION.. THEY KNOW THAT WE DONT EAT MOST OF THE TIME.. NO ELECTRICITY AT HOME...JUST WATER TO DRINK.. MOST LIKELY ITS A FASTING ALMOST EVERYDAY...
WELL, I KNOW ITS A TRIAL, ITS A TEST OF FAITH CHARACTER, ZEALOUSNESS... SO I HOLD ON...
BUT I STUMBLE AND YOU KNOW Y????
THE TIME CAME THAT I CAN NO LONGER HOLD ON....
I ASKED THE OUR PASTOR AND THE SAME TIME MY DISCIPLER/ MY MENTOR FOR HELP....
HE JUST SAID.. I WILL PRAY FOR YOU..
ITS A GOOD THING TO PRAY FOR SOMEONE WHO'S IN NEED
WHAT WRONNG IS...
THE HUNGRY WONT MIND WHAT YOU TELL UNLESS YOU GIVE HIM FOOD TO RELIEVE HIS HUNGER RYT???
Y WOULD A LOT OF PEOPLE, WO HAS THE CAPACITY TO HELP (CHRISTIANS!!!) MAKE THEIR EYES BLIND TO THE SITUATION...
HE'RE IS A MAN ASKING FOR YOUR HELP... THEN YOU'LL SAY "I'LL PRAY FOR YOU"

I don't think that people are turning you down, we are praying for
you. I'm sure that if you need food for your family, then just
ask and people will help you. Is there a place to drop off
donations? I'm sorry to hear about your tough life, but prayer
really does help, that's why everyone says that they will pray for
you. There is also the WIC program, and food stamps, have you
tried that yet? Don't get too discouraged, it will all be okay,
you need to stay strong for your family they need you.

Patrick, I'm a little confused about what kind of help you are seeking. Are you still looking for donations of art supplies? Since you submitted your posts as a guest, people cannot contact you directly (not that I recommend this). If you seriously need these arts supplies, why not put your mailing address in a post, so people can send them to you? This is a message board - the staff does not respond directly to every post. Contact the church office directly if you need their help.
