I am being sued due to my sons, unknowning to me, were downing loading music from the internet. So if any one knows a lawyer who could give me advice I would greatly appreciate it. You can not control what other people do, even if it's your own son. If someone takes your car and commits a crime without you knowing it, how can you be held liable? Trust in God to give you strength to hold on the the truth. I will pray for you. Mike Moore

I am not sure Mike's reply is correct under civil or criminal law. I think parents can be held liable for fraudulent acts of minor children. I don't say this to discourage you but to incourage you to go ahead and seek legal counsel. May the Lord give you wisdom and discernment as you confront this test of your faith.
