Hi all,
I am seeking a roommate. I own a
beautiful brick 4 br 2.5 ba 1 year old home in the NW side off of 151
and Wiseman. The renter has choice of upstairs bedrooms (1 has
walkin closet) and their own large bathroom. Upstairs also have a
gameroom. The price includes all utilities - along with the
normals you get phone including long distance, satellite tv, wireless
highspeed, use of washer dryer, and possibly a garage space.
Price is 700 but may be negotiated if all amenities are not wanted.
I am a single 25 yo male with 2 dogs. House is 2615 sq ft in a quiet subdivision.
