Does anyone know the name of the last song from Sunday's service (8/31)? It was sung by a female (sorry don't know her name) but I remember she has sung it before.

the only song I can think of is the one that Brittany sang- "Lead Me to the Cross" by Hillsong/Brooke Fraser. check and see if that's the one you were talking about.
