We have been put in a difficult situation where the builder of a house project bailed out on us (family member)and have used up all monies available. We need small plumbing modification, some tile work (most already done), base boards(quarter round added)maybe some painting and woodwork, staining center island in kitchen - basically some finish out. We've got to get this finished VERY soon so it can be sold. We're hoping to at least break even. The construction loan is due and all our personal loan payments are killing us. I'm sorry for unloading, but if I can't share with fellow members, where do I go. Thanks, Sharon Eddleman

Have you tried Albert? He is the church maintanence guy--he does all of the jobs that you listed above. His number is: 210-643-1375 and I believe he does house flips as well so he could help you.

Just wanted to thank Sherry for prayers and encouragement and to thank Albert for taking time out to look at the house and for speaking to others members in the industry who may have been able to provide us a quote on the finish out. Imagine how it felt to not have anyone respond, and for the builder next door (who is a muslim) who has been offering advice and providing his contacts to give us bids and work, and how it felt as a christian to tell a muslim that people from my (christian) church were going to provide me bids so maybe we could actually finish this without losing all our savings. Forgive me God, if I'm wrong in publishing this reply.
