My brother introduced me to BRCC about a month ago and I am hooked. I grew up in the Catholic religion and never got much from it and when I moved away from my parents house, I quit going to church completely. I have a 10 year old son now. He was baptized when he was a baby and that was the last time I went to church, except when I would take my son by the church Saturday mornings and we would light candles and pray. We would speak of God all the time, but I didn't know if he really understood. First time I went to BRCC was with my brother and my little boy. We absolutely love it. So far away from where I came from. I wish this was around when I was a kid. Anyway, Sunday after service my son asked me where the Joy Box was. I told him it was in the front. He said that he would like to give his money to the other kids that needed it. He told me that he has enough stuff. I told him that God would really like that. I couldn't believe it! He had even brought his wallet with all his $ in it. He happily put his hard earned allowance in the box. He even brings his friend. Only downfall, I have his friend every weekend now. Ha Ha Anyway, thanks for listening..... and thanks for all
