Significant verse:

  27:23-25

What does the verse say?
When all hope was lost for Paul and his shipmates during a relentless
storm, an angel of God appeared to Paul.  The angel said, "Don't
be afraid, Paul, for you will surely stand trial before Caesar.
What's more, God in his goodness has granted safety to everyone sailing
with you."  Paul told the men, "Take courage, for I believe
God.  It will be just as he said."

What is God saying to me?
Storms will enter life, either due to poor choices or circumstances
beyond our control.  But above it all, God is in control.  I
can take courage knowing God is in control, for I also believe
God.  Lord, I believe things will turn out as you desire.  So
I put my hope in you.  And I will encourage others to trust you,
or at least to trust my faith in you.  Help me be an encourager
this week, Lord.
