The “About Us” page contains information that you might find helpful when navigating our website. We encourage feedback from visitors to make the website better, contain information relevant to you, and provide a method to directly contact the church and it's staff.
BRCC eNews Tips
We have discovered that some people may see the BRCC eNews Letter in a text format. The BRCC eNews is developed and distributed in an HTML format. To see the next newsletter in its proper format, please change your settings in your email program to accept HTML graphics stored on the Internet. If you are unsure how to make these changes, please check the Help Section of your email program.
SPECIAL NOTICE TO ROADRUNNER USERS:
The church has discovered that the EZ Armor Firewall software, which is available to Road Runner users, blocks three of our buttons from the main page. The "Online Giving", "Volunteer Opportunities", and "Contact Us" buttons will not appear in your browser. These three buttons are setup to redirect to other sites which allow you to communicate with the staff or give your offerings online. In order to see these buttons in your browser, you will have to “Shut Down” the EZ Firewall system (this is the icon at the bottom right hand side of your screen labeled FW). We have found that there is no need to shut the anti-virus system. Once you have shut down the firewall system, press the Refresh button, and the icons will then appear in your browser.
To reactivate the EZ Firewall system, simply click on Start -> Programs -> EZ Armor -> Firewall, and this will reactivate the system.
Please Note: If you are unsure about the shut down process, we encourage you to refer to the owners documentation or contact Road Runner Technical Support.
Website Registration
If you register via the website, your login id will grant you access to other topics relevant to the church. Once you have completed your registration, access to other “secured” areas of the site will be allowed.
Your Profile
Registration into our database will allow you to express your interest in volunteering at the church and contact a staff member via your interest. Right now, registration via the membership database (your profile) and the website are two different registration processes. However, we are actively working on creating a login process to both our website and membership database. Once you have created the login to the database, you can select various opportunities and upon submission, it will be forwarded directly to the staff person responsible for those opportunities.
Once you have created a login via the database, you can signup for future church events, volunteer in a specific ministry, or request information about other ministries. Processing requests in this manner assists the church in better serving it's members, visitors, and guests.
Online Giving
The church has made Online Giving available to provide an easy and effective way to give your tithes and offerings.
Recurring Offerings
Please note if you would prefer to setup “recurring” instances, you will need to create a login to be able to later view charges to your checking/credit & debit card/or automatic draft process.
One Time Offering
If you are initiating a “one-time” instance, you will not be required to create an account. If you experience difficulty in processing your online transaction, please email the church office at Giving and someone from our finance department will contact you.
Feedback is Appreciated
The church staff continually adds news and information to the site and encourage members and visitors to check back often. If you are not able to locate information or experience difficulty using our website, we invite you to Contactus and we will respond to you the very next business day.
